At the 24th P.A.R.K Conference, Brno, Czech - 13th April 2019

This will be the first time Frank Prescott has appeared at the conference in Brno. This is an incredible opportunity for teachers to attend his inspiring workshop 'Let's Talk About It'.

Frank is an Associate Professor at Eötvös Loránd University, Department of English Language Pedagogy, Budapest, and has been living in Budapest for the past 24 years, gaining his PhD in Language Pedagogy in 2014.   He has been a committee member of IATEFL Hungary for several years. 

He has become an integral member of SOL's teacher team. Since 2013 Frank has been teacher training, along with Mark Andrews, at SOL’s hugely popular and innovative SO(u)L summer in-service training camps in Slovakia.

WORKSHOP – ‘LET’S TALK ABOUT IT’

In this workshop participants will try out some simple, easy to prepare activities based around the principle of negotiation. The activities will be suitable for lower intermediate to advanced students and will revolve around the need to negotiate outcomes in different ways and involve both student to student communication and student to teacher communication. Preparation will also be discussed.
